NDP rehearsal ;D August 3, 2008

Ohyeah. Last night after the movie “the mummy” with my family. My family kinda threw me out to Marina Square while they head down to Bugis to have the steamboat feast. Ah, I know it’s pathetic luh, but who cares when you can take like beautiful shots of the Singapore’s Flyer and the awesome fireworks for the rehearsal of National Day’s Parade.

It’s was all so breathtaking.

So, I was there alone. With Atiqah’s tripod and my loyal old cammy. I setted up, standing there like an total idiot, ALONE. One caucasian guy, who was indeed sweet enough to smile back at me despite my mood less or maybe “pissed” off face. And yeah, It somehow makes me feel better. But something that I can’t stand a thing was that, why Mats and Minas like to make out right infront of my cammy!! I mean, getting intimate and all is alright if you’re open to public about your relationship. But im taking photos, and whenever i peep through my viewfinder I can totally see them making out. Oh god, it’s so gross. And and, not one malay couple, but three! And they all friends man. I know kissing under the fireworks is cool and romantic, but the fireworks haven’t even burst off luh. Ugh.

And after making out, sticks were taken out.

Oh death, and I was so close to them. Sniffing in those deadly fuggy smoke really sucks when I just want to enjoy taking photos of fireworks and watching it ALONE.

Still overall, Im quite satisfied with Singaporeans. They actually stand straight and kinda Sing-a-long to the Singapore’s Anthem. Me and the Caucasian were the only once who are meddling with the cameras. Omg, I feel so bad, not stay rooted the ground. Oh for those malay couples.. I didn’t exactly care about about them, when their bunch of other friends join in and block my view of my cammy and me. RAH, one day im sure to bite their heads off.

Oh, and I don’t wanna change class. I wanna stay with Adin, Li, Phua, Larris, Huda, Mavis, Serene, Aileen, Afiq, Winnie, Michelle, Weekiat, Liyu, Dingjie. At least for another sem. please!

ugh, projects and projects flowing like the endless watertap. fish, i can’t seems to concentrate in everything i do, i need something to stop me from thinking that actually holidays are near. i friggling hate that feeling when you know holidays are just a step away but assignments projects and quiz just pop out from some where. and no matter what you do! you can’t seems to do what you’re suppose to do! i am like enjoying life, while watching people having common tests suffer. but in the end, i will see myself kiling myself.

 

darn shitty.

 

nothing i do seems to get my mind off holidays, where camps and concerts and sentosa and even more fun are awaiting somewhere in the dark for me. omg, it is like luring me into the dark side of no where. i can’t! i can’t give up on studies now.

 

but im desperately wanting to go out, live life to the fullest and have a blast and like i have never before. but i freaking CANT. and and i hate not having fun. i hate seeing my friends suffering from common test too. omg, quiz and test is like so bytch. annoying piece of crap

 

opps. vulgar.

 

i seriously can’t wait for fun and laughter to fill my day.

 

i want fun, BIG KISS ASS FUN. (: and i wanna spend a real freaking whole day slacking with my boyfriend. : D

 

i bet im really gonna kick his ass, and have a real awesome time bullying him. opps! again.

 

anyway, please let the days fly pass fast. i wanna visit sentosa for my normal routine of tanning, like i usually do during my secondary school life. ugh, and i got no money! ): THANKS to GSS.

 

i splurge like no one business, my wardrobe is ultimately messy, worst than a pig sty. even worst than my bedroom. OMG, can you guys imagine it? and and and, some tees i really wanna abandon it, maybe even burning it.

 

ugh, my lil sister is flying off to mihara. WTH, when is my turn? she is like living in the best secondary 2 year ever, i swear. i wanna go, but i was too lazy to submit my application form. DEATH aye. ): omg, life’s a bytch.

 

seriously can’t wait for holidays. no one can imagine how fun the days gonna be for me. NO ONE, cause the only one who will know, is GOD. thats why holiday = to godly awesome for me HAHAHA. random. thats all for now, im love being miscellaneous. CIAO.

i am actually out of topic to talk about. i’ve been pouring what happened and stuff. okay.

 

ive been attending gigs. at least once at week. DARN WEIRD, no time to do my assignments cause of it. actually i can don’t go for it, but instead. . . yeah i did. not only to support my friends, but also to enjoy live music. ( plus some are FREE, so why not? )

 

but some gigs i go for, erm. some band really sucks, especially those rock metal! it gives me headache and is seriously SHIITY. sometimes watching the guys playing guitar, woah! i’ve to say, they look really cool! ESPECIALLY MY FRIEND, (CRUSH) AARON. hopefully he dont read this. cause i won’t want him to know i am his crush. HAHA.

 

wasting some of my time, slacking, chilling at gigs, hmmmmm is really what i enjoy the best. UGH, LIVE MUSIC! so i don’t mind a shit! even though, it is like every week hahaha, loadsa people like different kinds of music. AND FOR ME, i think if the lyrics is meaningful, and how it goes with it, is really important. but still, hard rock metal, still … SUCKS. and, techno too. EEEEEEEEEEEEW.

 

my mummy loves to nag at me, if i go for gigs. shittttttttz, HOW?  but i really do enjoy it, and i think next week there’s another GIG. AHH so dead.  DEATH. OH, i forgotten to mention! i went fr ADIN’S GIG TODAY, and it really ROCK SOCKS. IT ROCK AS MUCH AS ME, or maybe more. HAHHAa. ADIN VOCAL IS DA BOMB. and i really love to see him, if he strips from the back again. OPPS, why am i typing that out. HAHAH.

 

and everyone needs music in their life. dont tell me, you guys dont tap ur feet or try to hum something out of randomness! cause everyone does that. even my DAD. HAHAHA, and his vocal sucks. music is everywhere, the birds chipping, the sound from the wind chime. AH, it’s EVERYWHERE. even the ripples from water can form music, if you listen carefully.

and out of no where! we do sing out some random songs. HAHA, its crazy though, but it’s fun. and it is interesting to check out what song my friend is humming, and HUM TOGETHER. woah, funky coool shit.

 

yeah, and so this is for now. MUSIC IS MY LIFE cause MY LIFE IS MUSIC. the beat of the drum in your HEART. “LET’S DANCE” by 5ive. i know it is kinda outdated, but nice to dance to TOOODLES.

the first ever post i type it in school.

 

school was boring and i was daydreaming most of my time. even way before when i try to do my assignments. in my mind, all i could think about what’s gonna happen tomorrow.

 

 

oh gosh, poly life is more taxing than secondary school life.

 

 

everyday i climb up the overhead bridge which is a menace to those half-awake student. At least once in a week, i see people trying to lift their heavy legs up the concrete stairs and fail to get pass it, and they trip. even though it’s funny, i know one day it will be my turn.

 

poly life. One word. HAPPENING!

 

okay, I cant deny poly life is awesomely fun and exciting. But, too much just drains off my energy like tap on full blast. And climbing up and down the steep walkway to FMS block really sucks ( plus the weather is friggling hot. )

 

is life changing too rapidly for me to catch up? Cause I think I am seriously lagging behind. I do last minute work, and my reaction isn’t working well as the night falls. Need to concentrate in CLASS, no matter what.

I should have managed my time better. SERIOUSLY. Now I am suffering, not very sure of what assignments I got and how am I suppose to do. Ugh, it really irritates me. 

handle my time wisely, ah! that’s what I must really really tell myself about. EVERYDAY.

happy mothers’ day to all mothers!

 

yup, today is mothers’ day, but i didnt get to celebrate with my mum like we normally do every year. this is not surprising though, i guess. hmmm, how about me spilling all about it.

 

actually i stayed out the whole day and night on saturday. i was actually chatting and fooling around with my friends after our movie “SPEED RACER”. ( since we missed our last bus! ) and by the time i get up the first train from harbourfront back home, i was too tired to move, and so when i reached home. i got into my 2minutes of ZEN ( anthony! shengsiong! the WEIRD PHRASE! ) and into my 12hours of dreamland. F.Y.I, i slept at 6plus am, so that means i woke up at 6pm!

 

SO THATS WHEN I MISS OUT THE WHOLE FREAKING THING. MY MUM JUST LET ME SLEEP THROUGH, while mum and siblings went out to places ( i don’t exactly know WHERE! ). BUT from what my sister told me, they didnt celebrate mother’s day at all, but just went to visit my uncle and theme park. OH MY! WHERE’S THE NORMAL FAMILY SPIRIT!
but come to think about it, it isnt surprising at all afterall.

 

we didnt celebrate mine or my elder sister brithday. so, my conclusion is that.. once we get older, celebration is no longer required. but is that TRUE?

 

IT AINT TRUE LA! OH PLEASE. birthday is like only once a year. AND SO DOES MOTHERS’ DAY! why didnt my dad bring us out to DINNER or anything? buy my mummy something nice or watsoever. AND IT IS THE FREAKING FIRST TIME, MY ELDER SISTER DIDNT ASK ME GO OUT TO GET SOMETHING FOR MUMMY. and my younger siblings didnt even do a CARD for her.

 

and no one bother to wake me up! ( i did set alarm, and it’s TWO ALARM, for goodness sake. )

 

kinda pissed. no one bother to do anything. in the end, i have to suggest maybe to order a home delivery. and to my disappointment, it WAS KFC. UGH, SHUCKS. ( hoping for sushi or at least PIZZA! )

 

nnonoonono, whatever it is. we still need to celebrate occasion! cause it happens only once a YEAR. and it’s important! it strengthens one family! we cant just neglect it! ugh, I SHOULD have wake myself up, rather than being an total idiot pig sleeping for frigggling TWELVE HOURS!! now i have to buy nothing for my dad to make it fair for my mum ( my mum gets jealous easily. )

from what you can see from the pictures. yeah, thats where i’ve been sleeping, doing my work, lazing around and throwing my stuff. and if you’re wondering why izzit so “tidy” AH, i should tell you why!

 

i love the way it is!

 

and it totally reflects on how i am!! bright colours; cheerful i guess? the untidy part?; it shows why im not a typical girl ( CLEAN and SHINY and SPARKLING? ), i love an adventurous kind of life and stuff. . . that people find me weird?. i like it when it’s all messy and stuff place all around too, cause i can find my stuff easily. and it wont take like a WHOLE freaking hour to find a single pen out. cause i know this pile got all my shit PENS. and this pile got all my kick ASS bags. and i think MESSY is cool, erm, in my own point of view i guess. AND i love to decorate my noteboard full of papers, useless once, meaningful once. actually it shows, where i’ve been to, encouraging letters from girlfriends, my birthday cards and some weird ” who owe me money” list, “what i MUST do” list and stuff. kind of a motivation board, that i will always look at

 

 

i suppose you guys must be thinking, ” why didnt your mum ask you to clean it up? “, ok, she did. and she failed not once, but a dozen million times. i clean it up, but the next day, it is back again! so why CLEAN? and i WONT ALLOW MY MAID TO EVER TOUCH MY stuff, cause i’ll get fed up if i cant find my stuff. I’ll throw my tantrum at anyone who tries to cheer me up or help me find my stuff. ( my temper ain’t good )

 

so. why am i showing you my room? cause i havent been spending time with it. i’ve been freaking busy in school, CCAs, CLASSES, HOP, FRENCH, and maybe a little time out with my secondary school buddies and girlfriends. I THINK MY BED misses ME too, like how i miss it. I only get to sleep for maybe, 6hrs the most, during the weekdays (school days), i didnt even get to do my normal “bedtime” routine; cuddle myself behind the blanket before i turn in! (fell right straight to my dreamland) ughh, and i am wondering why am i so disorganize!

 

I cant seems to organize my time well, always squeezing every little activities i have together. WHICH totally sucks, cause i am tiring myself everyday! i guess the room really reflects me, DISORGANIZE. &that is why i’ve to get to change my lifestyle.
ways to improve myself:
1. get an organizer!
2. jot EVERYTHING down on the organizer ( that is what an organizer is FOR
3. check on it daily.
4. do not agree on every outing.
5. ALWAYS find time for myself.
6. (SUPER IMPORTANT) assignments COME FIRST.
7. SLEEP EARLY, ( dont do work in the WEE HOURS )

 

i think thats about it, erm, but for my ROOM? i think i will still keep it as the way it is. cause it is my own personal WARM HOLE afterall. I LOVE IT THE WAY IT IS

Oh yeah, Chic-Kee, that is somehow associated to what i’ve done yesterday. If you are with me, eh huh, went for photography club. And i totally love that CCA more than any other CCA i have been/am in. Took loads and loads of photos, though is random but i love it  
 

              

photography is great, the best thing ever. 

 

i am not those who will grab hold onto a camera and start shooting myself, but i am those who will find something random and take shots of it. cause there’s alot of objects and living things that are so friggling interesting. example, like my second shoot, the sky is pretty, awesome. ain’t it? only if the buildings there are more colourful, it can really shows how i am feeling at that moment. happy  

 

what makes me so interested in photography? gosh, it’s my DADDY-O. not anyone else! maybe you guys should thanks him, cause without him, i wont be in my T1B1 FSV. cause actually, i WAS interested in Food Science in TP, some Tourism and Hospitality course. Media has never come into my mind, i was all about FOOD HOTELS AND OBVIOUS MORE FOOD. so, i was thinking maybe get into some occupation in HOTELS can allow me to enjoy free yummy-licious food. and if in FOOD SCIENCE, hmmm, actually i got no idea why! ( i think is the word, FOOD ) 

 

OKAY, so. about my dad. he sells loadsa things related to media.  you guys can check it out at www.expandore.com . and i was forced to work for him ( or not no allowance/money! ) during most of my secondary 3 and 4 years, to do websites and webpages. ( cause he trusts me ) and thats why i can get in touch with cameras’ cool awesome function. in many of sony, canon, nikon and sennheiser websites, there’s many photos, videos and audio stuff that they use to advertise their products too. thats why, forcing me into working for my dad, is a thing i wont regret. ( though i hate staring at computers for too long ) 

 

and it was so cool, that i actually got to help up in some training for the interest which was organised by EXPANDORE and AVID and SONY ( thou i was just a small receptionist, but i get to see different school’s lecturers! WUAHAHAH! ) & also that is how i found out, ngee ann polytechnic film&media studies school, actually provides modules that i am actually interested in, which is film, sound & video ( NAMECARDS from the lectures!, so i took some time to check with the net. ). 

 

so, yeah, thank god i made it in to FSV. and not forgetting thanking my DAD!

PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB YEAH WOOOAH!

actually i was quite reluctant to do this post. my brain is dry, out of juices to give me the right ideas, and i’m seriously lazy to do all the shit i must and REALLY do. ugh, okay. start with today. kinda pissed by everything today, every thing was so last minute that i decided not to go or meet up with any shit people ( opps, sorry if i offended anyone ) my mood wasn’t like usual, kinda irritated by most of my friends. 

 

when to this gig at homeclub, was suppose to be like going with all my bestfriends, but it turns out only two of them when with me. i guess maybe we’re like mostly in different poly or either different school in ngee ann poly. oh, and i have to like beg one of them tag along, i am so pathetic. im not very sure whether i should trust this phrase from all my seniors ” secondary friends are friends that will last forever.” cause i am not feeling it, and i’m jealous of the new friends my best friend made in his poly. ( they even took photos! ugh. )

 

yeah, they are awfully awesome friends, but distance really do drift us apart. oh well, i guess it is like repeating the past again. from primary school to secondary school, and from secondary school to polytechnic. i’ll still be knowing new friends no matter where i go, where i am. but it’s really different in poly compared to secondary school, maybe we spend more time together in secondary than in poly? ah, and it’s strange that i am actually more quiet now. so unlike me.

 

actually come to think about it, i didn’t really keep in touch with any of my primary school friends, even since i got my own groups of friend in secondary school. and worse still, i cant remember a single thing i have done with my primary school friends. gee,  so just hopefully i wont do the same to my secondary school friends, and i must make a deal that i must and will keep in contact with them no matter what. Even though i doesn’t really have the time! 

 

Talk about secondary school life, it really rock my socks! The paper plane throwing, throwing our lungs from one block to another, skipping lessons to chill at the “mac-tables”, wow it’s all so memorable. And when we got screwed by teachers, it was still kind of funny. And i totally love amaths period, my classmates and i can just walked out of the class or even better, take our bags and leave the school. It was pretty havoc back then. AND I LOVE IT! and oh my, they even made teachers cry. the principal and vice-principal have to come down personally to our class to supervise us. but now, i’ve to push the restart button. 

 

Yeah, in a whole new environment now, called the Ngee Ann Polytechnic. In a course that most people will ask me what it is about, or give me the “huh” face ( with a big question mark imprint on their face too ), but i am sure, i can say my course is the coolest among all courses in singapore, cause i get to touch and feel ( woah!! shiok-ness ) those cameras in studio. But since im like in a whole new environment, which means making new friends is essential, which i really hate to do so, cause i must repeat everything what i’ve done in secondary school& primary school. Ugh, troublesome. 

 

But wait! that doesn’t mean that i DON’T WANNA make friends, is just that i must speak out or something and i am really lazy especially early in the morning. Still, i am glad currently i’ve got some really cool friends in my class now, and you don’t exactly want to know how we know each other, cause it’s pretty strange i can tell you. ah, yeah and they are fun. FULL OF SURPRISES TOO! erm, yeah. school’s tomorrow, and surprisingly to say, i cant wait to see my classmates. so, TOODLES!
